We’re back for year four!
We’re Taylor and Nem, and on August 17, 2025, we’ll be running our 4th annual 42.2 km marathon—starting at Filly & Co. Pub in Aurora and running straight down Yonge Street all the way to the CN Tower—all in support of The Aurora Food Pantry.
What started as a personal challenge between two friends has grown into an annual tradition rooted in giving back. In our first year, we raised over $4,000. Last year, thanks to your generosity, we passed $11,000. Every year, the support grows—and so does the need.
Why this cause?
Because food insecurity is affecting more people than ever, including right here in our own community. The Aurora Food Pantry provides essential support to individuals and families in Aurora and Oak Ridges, helping them access the groceries they need with dignity. As the cost of living continues to rise, food banks across the country are seeing record demand.
Your donation helps ensure that no one in our area has to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table.
