We serve anyone in need.
The Aurora Food Pantry provides services to the residents of Aurora and north Oak
Ridges. Clients who live outside of our boundaries will be referred to a pantry
in their area.
Residents who need help from the Aurora Food Pantry are able to receive food once a month. All clients are asked
to register with the Pantry by filling out a brief form and showing photo identification for
all members of the family receiving food. In addition, bring a lease agreement
or bill showing your address.
The food that we distribute is based on the number of people in a client’s family.
The items distributed vary from week to week based on availability of food resources. Please call to book an appointment or click BOOK AN APPOINTMENT in top right corner of this page.
We are open by appointment:
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 11:30am
- Thursday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
Booking Appointments
Effective September 1, 2021, clients are required to book an appointment to minimize the clients wait time.
We are limited to 29 pre-booked appointments per day during our open hours.
We have eliminated the use of plastic bags and request all clients bring their own re-usable shopping bags.
